Micellar Casein from BioTechnology.US contains two types of protein - a concentrate obtained from milk and casein in two forms: caseinate and micellar. Casein is a slowly digestible protein, compare concentrate, which can be completely absorbed in no more than 1 hour. This will provide ideal protection against catabolism of muscle structures within a few minutes after consumption. Since each of these proteins has its own rate of absorption, this contributes to a constant and even supply of amino acids into the blood for more than five hours. Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) from highly purified coconut oil help reduce protein breakdown, increase thermogenesis, and regulate fat metabolism in the body, which promotes weight loss.
